This stunning high contrast black and white processed photo captured a flock of pelicans as they flew close to the Arthur C Ravenel bridge in Charleston South Carolina. The beautiful bridge and pelicans were silhouetted by the bright backlight of the rapidly setting sun to the west of my viewpoint in Shem Creek.
