Just saw this beautiful 'Little Blue Heron' at an egret rookery I discovered in Mt Pleasant, SC.
Actually had never seen this species before. My initial reaction was What! My first for the Charleston area. There also was on other hiding in the trees by the water. I was about 75yds away from this fella.
